Budget Plans are estimates and they are calculated using estimated numbers. All deliveries will be made at the daily posted price. It's easy to estimate a budget for an existing customer because we have their delivery history. In theory, you pay an estimated budget rate for 11 months. The 12th month is used to balance out for the year. There is either a final payment (due by May 25) or a refund/credit due to the customer. If paying by credit card the price is 10 cents more per gallon.
