The following are some details of the budget program:
  • First payment is due on the 15th of June
  • All subsequent payments are due on the 15th of each month
  • Final payment of entire balance is due by May 25th (settlement month) of the following year
  • All deliveries are made on an automatic basis.
  • All overdue budget accounts will be C.O.D.
  • Tank must be full to begin this program.
  • We can charge your automatically each month to make payments easier.
  • You receive monthly statements to assure accuracy.
  • Should you start the plan late, you only need to "catch up" on the monthly payments that you have missed.
  • There are no fees for the Budget Plan, and you can revert to regular billing at any time.
Example for the 2024/2025 heating season:
Estimated Annual Oil Usage: 1,000 Gallons
Multiplied By Estimated Rate: $3.50 Per Gallon
Equals: $3,500
Divided By 11 Monthly Payments: *$320 Per Month
(12th month is settlement month)

Budget Plans are estimates and they are calculated using estimated numbers. All deliveries will be made at the daily posted price. It's easy to estimate a budget for an existing customer because we have their delivery history. In theory, you pay an estimated budget rate for 11 months. The 12th month is used to balance out for the year. There is either a final payment (due by May 25) or a refund/credit due to the customer. If paying by credit card the price is 5 cents more per gallon.
